It's really good! Could use better acting on some expressions, Dr Kessel would have to sound a bit older. Somewhere in his forties but your choice of voicing him was good overall. Same can be said for Alan Cassini, he is supposed to sound a bit younger, like in his twenties. You're getting better at voice acting though!
UPDATE: Holy crap that was good, I was smiling the whole time you voiced my script. Again, you could use more practice but practice makes you better. Keep at it man

The main issue I was having when voicing Alan, was the direction of the monotone, to be honest monotone is the expression of my natural voice, but I wanted Alan to have a deeper voice, the caveat is I've never expressed monotone in most if not all of my voices, another issue was that when I trying to make Alan sound younger, the Dr's voice would bleed into it, so I had to make a fairly different yet kinda young voice, But I had fun
